Should I Support IE6 by Default?

I'm seriously debating whether I should continue supporting Internet Explorer 6 for my clients _by default_. Instead offering IE6 support as an optional service for an additional cost.

What do you think?

    ie6 time is definitely wasted time - the trouble is, although most of your visitors are probably design-savvy and so they will have (probably) moved away from ie6 anyway.

    I design on a mac and everything goes really well until I test on ie6/PC and that's when I start making compromises to the design.

    I say, ditch ie6 support and so help to push the design boundary otherwise we will be prevented from moving onto more interesting design!
